Bryan Dixon, son of Steve and Diane Dixon of Chanute, was chosen March’s Top Gun. He is a senior whose AMHS activities include football, track, and FFA. Bryan’s favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean, and his favorite food is crab or lobster.

When asked what he likes most about Altoona-Midway High School, Bryan responded, “It’s small and you can get along with everyone.” Bryan’s favorite class is Ag because, as he said, “You get to do a lot of hands-on-projects.”

Teachers describe him as a student who is positive, helpful, honest, and someone who doesn’t make excuses. After high school, Bryan plans to attend Neosho County Community College.
